PWPM was tasked with the project of renovating and securing the Omega Room at Banks Lyon Jewellers, a renowned luxury watch and jewellery retailer in Lancaster. This project aimed to create an elite shopping experience that mirrored the exclusivity and luxury of the Omega brand while ensuring the highest level of security and aesthetic appeal.
We installed state-of-the-art security glass designed to protect valuable merchandise without compromising on visibility. This glass is resistant to high-impact and ensures that valuable items remain secure behind a virtually unbreakable barrier.
The floor was outfitted with plush, high-quality carpeting, providing a luxurious feel underfoot and enhancing the overall elegance of the room. The chosen carpet also complements the sophisticated decor of the space.
To highlight the exquisite details of Banks Lyon’s luxury products, we installed strategically placed lighting fixtures that illuminate the products perfectly, enhancing their brilliance without causing glare or reflections.
One of the most innovative aspects of this project was the installation of smoke screen technology. This security feature is designed to disorient potential thieves by quickly filling the room with a dense, harmless smoke, making visibility and theft nearly impossible.
PWPM is currently transforming the adjoining shoe shop into a luxury extension of Banks Lyon Jewellers. This conversion aims to enhance the store’s footprint, providing additional retail space to showcase premium collections. The project involves detailed planning, structural modifications, and bespoke interior design to ensure the new space complements the existing jewellers while maintaining the high-end aesthetic and security standards that Banks Lyon is known for.
